Learn how to design the sweetest handheld spiral nosegay and long lasting boutonniere with everyone’s favorite spring blooms including ranunculus, anemone, and more! Phoebe will guide you in conditioning, and assembling a matching bouquet and boutonniere perfect for any formal dance (PROM is coming!), summer elopement, or just to gift to someone special. From color theory and flower choice, to wiring and spiral placement, adding textural interest with hardy foliage and accent blooms, to hydration chambers and floral additives for keeping flowers fresh, Phoebe will share all the tips to create professional quality pieces that hold up for any event. You will leave with a beautiful hand tied bouquet and boutonniere to take home and the knowledge of how to create these pieces for future events. All supplies are provided, but participants may want to bring a pair of gardening gloves to protect their hands. Light refreshments will be served.
